Reading Time: 3 minutes
The Voice Season 22 returned on Monday night for the first part of the finale, as the Top 5 took the stage for their last chance to earn America’s vote. Each artist sang two songs each. On Tuesday, we’ll find out who will be named the winner.
Coach Blake Shelton had three artists in tonight’s episode, while John Legend and Camila Cabello had one artist each. Unfortunately, Gwen Stefani had no artists in the finale after her last artist Justin Aaron was eliminated last week.
Fans can vote for their favorite artists now through the NBC website or on the show’s app. Voting is open until Tuesday morning at 7 a.m. ET. You can vote up to 10 times per artist.

Omar Jose Cardona Wows with Queen Cover on The Voice Finale
The standout performance from Monday night came from Team Legend’s Omar Jose Cardona, who closed the show with a performance of “Somebody to Love” by Queen. Omar was in danger of elimination last week, shocking fans as he was forced to sing for the Instant Save vote.
It seemed inevitable that Omar would end his fight for America’s vote by singing a Queen song. The coaches were stunned, as Cabello told him she’s “so thankful that you exist.” Meanwhile, Legend said, “America, I don’t know what else Omar could do on this stage to show you he is The Voice.”
Earlier in the show, Omar also delivered a performance of “The Way You Make Me Feel” by Michael Jackson, showing off some dance moves without missing a beat vocally. Legend joked that the performance was “so perfect,” he would believe that Omar was lip syncing.

Morgan Myles Almost Falls Over During Powerhouse Performance
Another fantastic performance from Monday night’s show came from the only woman in the Top 5, Team Camila’s Morgan Myles. She sang “Total Eclipse of the Heart” by Bonnie Tyler. Morgan got so into it that she danced around the stage and whipped her hair. At one point, she stumbled and almost fell over toward the camera but managed to balance herself.
Morgan stripped things down later on as she performed “Girl Crush” by Little Big Town. Stefani told her that “country looks so good on you.” Legend even said he thinks she’s the best country artist he’s seen since he’s been on The Voice.
The coaches were also wowed by Bodie’s emotional performance of “Gratitude” by Brandon Lake toward the end of the show. Stefani was brought to tears by the performance, while Legend told Bodie that he seems “like a leader.”
Can any of the aforementioned performances beat country singer Bryce Leatherwood in tomorrow night’s results show? Shelton told the singer on Monday that he “ignited a fire in country music fans” after he sang “Don’t Close Your Eyes” by Keith Whitley.
