1. THIS PRIVACY POLICY: The websites at https://talentrecap.com and https://superpicker.talentrecap.com and the applications “Talent Recap” and “SuperPicker” (together, the “Website“), are operated by The Recap Group Inc, of 8658 16^th Ave, New York, NY 11214, USA (“we“, “us“, “our” or “Company“). This Privacy Policy sets out how we will treat the personal information which you provide to us while using the Website and/or the service provided from the Website (“Service“). Please note that you must be aged 13 years or older to use the Website and/or the Service. If you are under 13 years of age, please do not enter your personal information and do not use the Website and/or the Service.

2. THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU: To provide the Service, it is necessary for us to collect and process certain personal information including some or all of the following: name, address, email address, date of birth, gender, phone number, IP addresses, device and web-browser details, social media links, operating system details, activities on the Website, personal preferences relating to the Website and Service, engagement metrics and/or details of the locations from which you use the Service (together, the “Data“).
