‘AGT’ Stars Wish Heidi Klum a Happy Birthday Before Season Premiere

AGT judge Heidi Klum is celebrating her 48th birthday, and her co-stars decided to send her a few messages to celebrate. Howie Mandel, Sofia Vergara, and Terry Crews appear in a new video to mark the occasion.
Klum’s birthday also happens to be the premiere date for Season 16 of America’s Got Talent. We can’t wait to meet this year’s performers, as our favorite judges return to the table.

“Feliz cumpleaños, Heidi,” Vergara says to start the birthday video. “I love you. I’m so happy and so thankful that you’re part of my life now … It’s so great to work with you. I wanna be you when I grow up.”
The video also features an appearance from Mandel, who jokes, “We love you, but in lieu of spending even a dollar, we’ve made this free video.” Then Crews tells Klum that they’re “happy to be a part of your family.”
It may not have cost much, but that doesn’t mean Klum didn’t appreciate it. She retweeted the video on Tuesday, adding several heart face emojis to return the love to her co-stars. Mandel and Vergara will be joining her on the judging panel once again, along with Simon Cowell. Crews is returning as host.

When Does ‘AGT’ Season 16 Premiere?
Season 16 of America’s Got Talent premieres Tuesday, June 1, at 8/7c on NBC. This episode marks the return of judge Simon Cowell, who had to miss last season’s live shows due to a back injury after falling off an electric bike.
The season will start with the audition round, which was pre-recorded earlier this year. It’s not clear yet whether any audience members were present during this round, or if the show went with a virtual crowd due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Another thing that could set this season apart from the rest is the existence of a group Golden Buzzer. Based on a promo for the season, it looks like all four judges plus Crews will hit the buzzer together for one special act. We can’t wait to find out what it is.
