What Are The Biggest Previous Coaches of ‘The Voice’ Up To Now?
Reading Time: 3 minutes
There have been over a dozen coaches on The Voice since the show’s beginning. What are some of the previous coaches up to now? On The Voice, our celebrity coaches lend their professional talent to their team. They all teach contestants what it’s like to perform in front of an audience, and how to do it correctly. Since their departure from the show, what are these coaches up to?
Most of these celebrities were so busy during the show that they had to find special time to be able to be a part of it. Let’s take a look into whether their lives are just as busy now, or if it’s slowed down since the show.
1. Adam Levine
Levine is currently out on Tour with his band, Maroon 5. They are currently on the Maroon 5 MMXXI tour with Blackbear. This tour was originally planned in 2020, but was rescheduled to 2021. They will conclude their tour on October 8.
Levine is also a two-time girl dad and has been married to model Behati Prinsloo since 2014.
2. Alicia Keys
The queen is back in the game again and is working on new music. If you (for whatever reason) forgot that she’s the absolute queen of R&B her earrings in this artwork are sure to remind you. Keys recently deleted her old Instagram posts to advertise for her new song, “LA LA” featuring Swae Lee.
3. Jennifer Hudson
Following the release of her new film, Respect, Hudson has been performing non-stop. On September 1, she performed at the Apollo. Her voice seriously never gets old, she is so freaking talented. On top of that performance she’s been traveling around the globe, especially to Italy with Dolce Gabbana. The former American Idol star also just achieved EGO status after winning her first Emmy.
4. Gwen Stefani
Stefani married long-time The Voice coach Blake Shelton in early July and is now preparing for her upcoming Las Vegas residency. The residency will begin in October and end in early November. To prep for the residency, she has been performing alongside Shelton on his summer tour.
5. Nick Jonas
This superstar is currently performing on the Remember This Tour with his brothers, Joe and Kevin. Their summer tour began on August 20 and will conclude on October 27. But, The Jonas Brothers are always making more announcements. On September 7, the band shared that they’re releasing a new single, “Who’s In your Head” on September 17.
In addition to these five prominent coaches of The Voice, original coach Christina Aguilera has been busy teasing new music and flaunting her ageless beauty. Miley Cyrus continues to tour and turn heads with her saucy performances.
And CeeLo Green? Don’t think we could Forget You! It seems that all the coaches of The Voice leave the show to focus on their own projects, but that doesn’t mean they won’t surprise us by popping back onto the show. Fingers crossed we at least get to see Shelton and Stefani’s new marital bliss on-screen this season.
