Her Emotional Journey After Vocal Surgery
The judges, including Heidi Klum, also applauded her for gaining the confidence to sing again after she admits during her pre-taped interview her journey with vocal surgery.
“I was touring, I was doing music videos. After a few years, I noticed my voice just wasn’t working with me. I finally went to an ENT and he was like ‘basically, one of your vocal cords is paralyzed, you’re going to need surgery, and there’s a chance you may never be able to sing again.’ And, it felt like the moment where it was all crashing down on me,” she said. Listening to Bianca’s audition and performance during her time on the show, it seems that the surgery if anything made her voice stronger.
She eventually lost to Preacher Lawson before the finals.
