Wrestling Act Trash Talks the ‘AGT’ Judges During Bizarre Audition

Delicious Duane Douglas brought some major trash talking to AGT during a night that was going pretty positively. The judges were doing an ASMR segment when Duane burst onto the set. He came to bring his no-contact wrestling act to the world’s biggest stage.

When he was younger, Duane painted his face like a wrestler’s and had his own backyard wrestling show. But he quickly realized that he didn’t have some of the skills that it takes to become a professional wrestler. The storylines and the smack-talking are just some of the things that he absolutely loves about wrestling. He created no-contact wrestling to help keep wrestling alive in his life.
Duane told the judges that for his day job, he is a legal clerk at the courts. This made the judges laugh super hard. He does think he could win AGT and even had a psychic tell him that this dream would come true.
“A million dollars is a drop in the bucket for me big guy,” Duane told Howie Mandel when he questioned his act.
Did anyone actually know what no-contact wrestling was before this act? It was definitely not what we were expecting at all. Duane’s act is quite literally just yelling at people. He told Terry Crews that he is “the second most intimidating guy on the stage.” Duane even offered Mandel the coveted spot as his tag team partner.Â
The judges could not have been more disappointed in this act. Sofia Vergara said that there “was nothing delicious about that.” The crowd and the judges began booing him off the stage. This did not stop Duane from smack-talking, and neither did the judge’s red buzzers.
“I think you won the crowd over,” Simon Cowell joked.
It felt like a lifetime before Duane finally decided to leave the stage. Fans that actually loved the act are in luck! Duane has promised that AGT has not seen the last of him. He could totally have a Sethward moment and come back and actually make it on the show next time.
