Simon Cowell Posts Strange Instagram Video About Mouthwash

America’s Got Talent judge Simon Cowell took to Instagram on Monday to share that he had run out of mouthwash. In a strange video, the music mogul complained about not being able to get the type of Listerine he likes in the UK.

In the clip, Cowell turns away from his bathroom sink and shows a bottle of Listerine mouthwash, saying, “I’ve run out of Listerine. This is the original. You don’t sell it anymore in the UK. I don’t know why, because it’s the best.”
He then asks Listerine, “Could you please, please bring it back? I’m begging you.”
The staged nature of the video makes it seem like an ad, but it’s not clear if that’s the case. However, Cowell’s fellow AGT judge Howie Mandel seemed to think it was, since he commented, “Best Ad ever.”
The rest of the comments are mostly either comments on Cowell’s appearance, or warnings about how bad Listerine supposedly is for him. Cowell tagged Listerine in the post, but so far they don’t seem to have responded.

Fans Can’t Stop Commenting on Cowell’s Face
A number of comments on Cowell’s Listerine video are about his appearance, including speculation about plastic surgery. One user asked, “What’s wrong with Simon’s mouth?” Along with answers joking that he’s used too much Listerine, others suggested it was lip fillers or Botox.
These types of comments are nothing new. People have been speculating about Cowell’s “melting” face for years now. Last month, Instagram commenters had plenty to say about a selfie featuring Cowell and his fellow AGT judge Sofia Vergara.
Cowell has acknowledged using fillers in the past, saying he “might have gone a bit too far.” Last year, he told The Sun, “There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero.”
