Simon Cowell Has Reportedly Left London, Moved to the Countryside

Got Talent judge Simon Cowell has reportedly moved out of London and to the English countryside. According to one report, the music mogul is even considering retirement from show business to live a quieter life with his family.

According to People, Cowell has left his home in London’s Holland Park and moved to Oxfordshire, a county in the English countryside. The star was reportedly looking for privacy and open space.
“He moved into the home a few months ago and is really enjoying the freedom of country life,” a source told the outlet. “Simon loves his cars and he can now drive them around the country lanes as much as he wants.”
The source added that Cowell is “still going to keep doing his work in the U.S. but now has a home to come back to where he can relax that’s away from London.” He apparently wants to “live a relatively anonymous life.”
Cowell is reportedly living full-time in his new Oxfordshire home, where he’s moved his art collection and electric bikes. His 9-year-old son Eric is also apparently able to ride around the grounds on his quad bike.

Is Cowell Ready to Retire from Show Business?
The Daily Mail reports that Cowell is ready to retire, as his fiancée Lauren Silverman has allegedly started running his company Syco. Cowell apparently wants to spend more time with his family.
“It’s like Simon has totally changed his direction of travel,” a source said. “He was once so keen to be in the papers that he could barely go for a walk without it being on the front of the tabloids. Now he has slunk off into obscurity – he won’t even tell anyone where he lives.”
