Kardashians’ Got Talent: How Many Shows Have the Reality Stars Competed On?
Reading Time: 3 minutes
America’s favorite reality TV family is really something else. When some would automatically say the Kardashians aren’t good at anything other than being rich, I beg to differ. Individually, members of this celebrity family have tried to show America that they are talented. It just didn’t always go over so well.
I’m not saying the Kardashians proved they’re the most talented family on the planet, but they have proved that they are more than just reality TV royalty. Even if they didn’t do well in these competitions, they still showed that they might be able to do something that’s not arguing with each other or spending a lot of money. That being said, let’s revisit the Kardashians on some of our favorite talent shows.
4. Caitlyn Jenner Revealed as Phoenix on The Masked Singer
Last season of The Masked Singer was wild to say the least. But was even more wild was Caitlyn Jenner’s rendition of “TiK ToK” by Ke$ha. Jenner was voted out after her first appearance on the show, for obvious reasons. She presented this song in a way that was unfavorable, it was very lackluster.
I really think what makes Jenner’s time on The Masked Singer memorable is the fact that Ke$ha saw her performance. The singer agreed with the audience in giving Jenner two thumbs down for this performance.
3. Kim Kardashian Actually Wasn’t Horrible On Dancing With The Stars
The year after their reality show aired, Kim Kardashian went on to do some pretty big things. She participated in season seven of Dancing With The Stars with professional partner, Mark Ballas. Their dances weren’t horrible, they just weren’t the best duo that season. She and Ballas finished in 11th place. I encourage you to look up their performances, I promise they aren’t awful.
2008 seems so long ago, not to mention that Kardashian looks so young in every video. In the past few years, she actually made a return to the show to visit her goddaughter, Sophia Pippens. Pippens was competing in Dancing With The Stars: Juniors at the time.
2. Khloe Kardashian Hosted ‘The X Factor’
In 2011, Khloe Kardashian co-hosted The X Factor with Mario Lopez. The X Factor hired Kardashian as one of the hosts in an attempt to revamp the show. She lasted only one season, and is most remembered for calling out Demi Lovato for not revealing who her favorite member of Fifth Harmony was after one of their performances. Her co-host Lopez was asked to return in 2012, but she was not.
1. Rob Kardashian Almost Won Dancing With The Stars
In season 13, Rob Kardashian followed in his sister’s footsteps onto Dancing with the Stars. He was partners with Cheryl Burke and the two actually finished in second place! Rob clearly took the title of “Most Talented Kardashian” compared to the other performances we’ve seen. He stepped into the spotlight and was able to be something other than “Kim Kardashian’s brother.”
