Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have reportedly split after nine years together. The famous couple shares a 4-year-old daughter together, and they got engaged in 2019, although they never walked down the aisle.

Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom Have Reportedly Split

On Tuesday, TMZ reported that Bloom is planning to attend the upcoming wedding of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos solo, with sources saying the event will mark “his debut as a single man.” One source said of Bloom, “He’s the life of the party and he’s gonna hit the dance floor hard!”

Perry is unable to attend Bezos’ Venice wedding to Lauren Sanchez because she’s currently busy on her Lifetimes tour. However, there have recently been rumors that her relationship with Bloom is on the rocks, with one report stating that they were “spending time apart.”

It was also reported that the lukewarm reception of Perry’s newest album 143, as well as the negative reviews she has received for her current tour, caused “tension” in her relationship with Bloom. It wouldn’t be the first time the pair has parted ways, as they famously split for a brief period in 2017 before getting back together.

Despite the rumors, TMZ recently reported that Bloom was spotted over the weekend with the couple’s daughter Daisy in Australia, where Perry was performing on her tour.

The Couple Got Engaged in 2019

Perry and Bloom got engaged in February 2019, after three years together on and off. In August 2020, the couple welcomed a baby daughter named Daisy Dove Bloom. Over the years, there have been rumors about when the couple’s wedding might take place.

At one point, the couple was even rumored to have tied the knot in secret. However, it’s never officially been confirmed that the two are married, although Perry did refer to herself as Bloom’s “wife” in a joking interacting with a fan on her Lifetimes tour.

As of this writing, neither Perry nor Bloom has confirmed that they’ve broken up. What do you think? Would you be sad to see these two go their separate ways? Let us know in the comments below.
