Reading Time: 4 minutes
Gwen Stefani sat down on Today With Hoda & Jenna to dish about her time in quarantine at boyfriend Blake Shelton’s Oklahoma ranch. She also gave some inside scoop on whether or not the pair will be walking down the aisle any time soon. Check out her interview below ahead of The Voice premiere.
Gwen Stefani Shared What Life Is Like In Quarantine With Blake Shelton
Gwen joined Blake at his Oklahoma ranch from the start of the pandemic with her family. The pair made the most of their time together and Gwen even took on farm life. “You know what, it’s really easy to get used to being here” the California native gushed. “It’s stunning. It’s one of those things because my nature growing up was basically going to Huntington Beach or Newport Beach and so we didn’t have a lot of this wide-open space and stars.” She went on to call it “a little bit simpler of a life that I didn’t even know existed.”
Gwen also said that the pair and their families actually had an early Thanksgiving in Oklahoma due to their busy schedules. She excitedly shared that she made her first pumpkin pie ever. “I feel like since we were all locked down I had to do so much laundry and cleaning and cooking and toilet cleaning.” She described it as “gross” but definitely still has enjoyed her time in Oklahoma. She did all of this in-between homeschooling her three children along with two other children that were staying at the house.

Are Blake And Gwen Planning A Quarantine Wedding?
When host Hoda Kotb spoke about how she had to postpone her wedding due to the coronavirus pandemic, Gwen got a bit confused because she thought the host was implying she and Blake were getting married too. Based on Gwen’s confused reaction it seems like she and Blake are not planning a wedding just yet nor have they had to postpone any wedding festivities.

The pair have had engagement rumors swirling for years ever since they went public with their relationship in 2015. Check out the What’s Hot Video below for a full timeline of how they bonded over similar experiences with divorce all the way up to when fans began wondering if wedding bells were in their future. Regardless of whether the pair decide to get married or not, they will always be one of musics greatest power couples.
Host Jenna Bush Hager asked Gwen if she had to postpone anything and Gwen said there have been several things she has missed. “When I write music is when I feel the most alive and that buzz that I get from actually writing the songs is so fulfilling so that’s what I have been doing really a lot this year,” she said. She noted that she would be in New York in the studio instead of virtually if the pandemic was not occurring.
Gwen Just Celebrated A Huge Moment In Her Life
Gwen has had a huge milestone to celebrate recently. Previously, Gwen posted that it was the 25th anniversary of her album “Tragic Kingdom” with her band No Doubt. “I was nobody like I just floated and until I had the breakup and my brother left the band and we were already so far into being in that band, like nine years and all of a sudden all of those songs were written and something amazing came out of something so devastating and then we got to travel the world.”
Gwen joked that she listens to the album now and thinks the songs are “so weird” and “quirky.”
