Blake Shelton wished a happy birthday to his girlfriend and fellow Voice coach Gwen Stefani on Instagram over the weekend. Gwen turned 51 years old on Saturday, and Blake had something sweet to say.
The couple has been together for five years now, and recently bought a house together. Gwen has also broken onto the country music scene through duets with Blake. Check out Blake’s romantic tribute below.
Blake Shelton posted a photo of him and Gwen standing together in a field while he plays guitar. In the caption, Blake called it “a special day for a special lady in my life.” He wished Gwen a happy birthday and added, “I’d write a song for you every single day if I could.”
Gwen posted a shot of Blake carry flowers toward her on Instagram over the weekend. In another clip, Blake could be seen announcing that their song “Happy Anywhere” moved up to No. 8 on the country charts — the perfect birthday present.
Gwen also posted an old black and white photo of herself when she was little, thanking everyone for their birthday wishes in the caption. We definitely think it looks like her. What do you think?

How Did Gwen Mark Blake’s Birthday This Year?
The couple’s sweet birthday messages go both ways. Earlier this year, when Blake celebrated his big day, Gwen posted her own tribute on Instagram. She shared a photo of herself kissing Blake on the cheek while he smiled.
In the caption, Gwen thanked Blake “for being my best friend,” adding the hashtag #luckyme and some birthday-themed emojis. Blake turned 44 years old on June 18th this year.
Blake and Gwen have been spending the pandemic on Blake’s Oklahoma ranch with Gwen’s kids Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo. Later this month, they’ll return to our TV screens when The Voice Season 19 premieres. The pair met on the show in 2014, and Gwen is back in the coach’s chair this season.
