America’s Got Talent: All-Stars premiered on Monday night, as the first 10 acts took the stage for their chance to make it into the Finals. During this week’s episode, judge Howie Mandel hit his Golden Buzzer for Light Balance Kids, while the Superfans voted Bello Sisters into the finale.
Howie Mandel Hits AGT: All-Stars Golden Buzzer for Light Balance Kids
Each of the judges, plus host Terry Crews, will have a chance to hit the Golden Buzzer during the eight-week competition. This week, it was Howie Mandel’s turn. He ended up giving the honor to Light Balance Kids, sending them straight to the Finals.
This group, which is a younger version of the light-up dance group Light Balance, is from Ukraine. They previously made it to the Finals of AGT Season 14. Before their performance on Monday’s show, they shared that they want to “show the world that light always wins.”
The group went on to deliver an incredible, gravity-defying performance that made it look like they were in a life-size video game. They earned a standing ovation from the judging panel. Afterward, they shared that some members of the group couldn’t participate due to the current situation in their country, so members of Light Balance filled in.
Simon Cowell called it their best performance ever. Before hitting the Golden Buzzer, Mandel told them, “If I can do anything, anything, on behalf of America, on behalf of AGT: All-Stars, to bring you even more light than you brought us, I’d like to do that for you.”

Bello Sisters Earn the Superfan Vote
Because AGT: All-Stars is pre-taped, fans at home aren’t able to vote for their favorite acts. Instead, a group of Superfans chooses which acts should move on to the Finals. On Monday night, the Bello Sisters earned the most Superfan votes, sending them to the finale.
The trio, who made it to the Finals of AGT Season 15, took their acrobatic balancing act to new heights, as they performed on a raised-up platform. They earned a standing ovation from the judges, with Cowell saying it was “as close to perfection I’ve ever seen.”
The Top 3 acts in the Superfan vote also included ventriloquist Terry Fator, who won Season 2 of AGT. He brought out a puppet version of Elton John and impersonated the singer’s voice on a cover of “Rocket Man.”
In third place for the Superfan vote was singer Caly Bevier, a cancer survivor who earned Cowell’s Golden Buzzer in Season 11, when she was 15 years old. She performed “Head Held High,” which is the the first song she ever wrote. Unfortunately, only one act could be sent through.
We also had to say goodbye to Canada’s Got Talent winner Jeanick Fournier, aerialist Alan Silva, and singer Jimmie Herrod during Monday night’s show. Do you agree with the results? Let us know in the comments below.
