Howie Mandel, Mel B, Terry Crews, Sofia Vergara, and Simon Cowell on 'America's Got Talent' 2025

America’s Got Talent returned live Wednesday night on NBC. The show returned to share the four acts headed into the Finale. In case you missed it, Steve Ray Ladson earned a place in the Finale when he received Sofia Vergara’s Quarterfinals Golden Buzzer.

Who’s Going Through to The Finale?

Instead of bringing all contestants on stage, the show decided to eliminate acts in a head to head format. Eliminated acts would not be going into the Top 5, remaining acts would be. The first round of the results was B Unique Crew against Phobias. Between the two, B Unique Crew will be continuing into week one’s Top 5.

The next round was Loco Pop Familia against Citilimiz. In a shocking twist, neither group is going into the top 5 of the week. Up next for the head to heads was Tom Sandoval and The Most Extras against Shuler King. Shuler King is the next act to move into the Top 5.

Next up was LightWire and Jourdan Blue, who both made it into the Top 5 of the night. The final head to head pairing was Sirca Mirea against Charity Lockhart. Sirca Mirea was the final act added to the Top 5, alongside B Unique Crew, Shuler King, LightWire, and Jourdan Blue.

The five remaining acts then joined on stage, to either be eliminated or go through to the semifinal. The first act going into the semifinal is LightWire. The second act going into the semifinal is Sirca Marea. The third and final act going into the semifinal is Jourdan Blue.

The three acts from quarterfinals one going into the semifinals are LightWire, Sirca Marea, and Jourdan Blue.

America’s Got Talent fans can look forward to seeing iconic rock band, Def Leppard during the first results show. Known for hits like “Pour Some Sugar on Me” and “Hysteria” Def Leppard is still releasing new music in 2025. Earlier this year, they released a new single titled “Stand By Me.”

The group is currently wrapping up their summer tour this month, and gearing up for their Las Vegas residency in February 2026. It’s rumored that the band is currently working on a new album, that may release in 2026.
