David Vogel is about to release a much-awaited extended play as he teases Songs i sang on that tv show on Instagram. The Team Ariana contender announced that the first song will be out on September 9, and fans anticipate that it will be his audition song “Breathin.”

David Vogel Uncovers His Newest Project

In a retro-filtered cover, cutting his face off at the eyes while holding a guitar, Vogel reveals that he has recorded his songs from his season on The Voice. The first slide on his Instagram post sticks Songs i sang on that tv show in a magazine font over a photo of him playing the guitar.

“I wanted to commend my time on The Voice by (finally!!!) releasing the studio versions of the songs that kinda changed my life forever,” he wrote in his caption. “Recorded, produced, and mixed by yours truly.”

Vogel also shared snippets of his preparation. He showed photos of his music mixing setup, equipment, gears, and plugins.

He Recorded “Breathin” as The First Song of His EP

In the third slide, Vogel performs in The Voice stage wearing the same outfit that he wore during his blind auditions.

“Y’all already know what the first one is,” the singer stated.

The singer’s announcement explicitly declares through his Instagram bio that the first song in the extended play will be “Breathin.” Originally written by his coach, Ariana Grande, Vogel recorded his studio version of the song, giving his fans the opportunity to play his music on repeat.

Looking back, Vogel awed coaches and audiences for bravely performing Grande’s song as his audition piece. Upon joining the competition, the long-haired male singer garnered supporters who admire his talent up to this day.

He Says “Breathin” Studio Version is Better Than His Audition Performance

Fans expressed their excitement over the announcement in the comments, saying that they have been waiting for the EP to happen. Until its official release, fans can pre-save “Breathin” in Spotify. Apparently, doing so will allow fans to hear a sneak peek of the song before the final music record is out to the public.

“The studio version is way better tbh,” he says in his Instagram story. “Cuz I wasn’t having a panic attack while singing.”

Aside from “Breathin”, fans are specifically waiting for “Lose You To Love Me” which Vogel performed during the Knockout Rounds. The release date of the next songs are yet to be known. Be that as it may, David Vogel has definitely made his fans ultimately proud with this new milestone.
