Morgan Myles Hospitalized After She Sprained Her Ankle

In her most recent post on Instagram, Myles reflected on the aftermath of her ankle operation. Upon her successful surgery, the “Whiskey Dreaming” singer took the time to thank her medical team for taking care of her.

“Some days God puts in our lives to build us to be stronger, to be better versions of ourselves,” she wrote. “Thank you to the @vanderbilthealth staff for making today a WIN and getting me on the mend. Y’all are our everyday heroes and deserve more appreciation.”

Last week, Myles shared that she sprained her ankle ahead of her Hawaii show performance. Unfortunately, she didn’t have much time to rest because of her continuous singing gigs.

“I wasn’t gonna be feeling sorry for myself while witnessing the tragedy that was surrounding me. Just need to be patient and let the power of healing take place,” she wrote.

The singer went on and announced that her shows will not be cancelled despite her ankle injury. Myles then shared that she just “might be sitting” during performance and quipped the great news: “my voice still works lol.”

She Reflects on Her Country Music Party Performance Ahead of Surgery

Before surgery, Myles took the time to ponder on her performance at the Concert in The Corn Festival. According to the singer, she could’ve taken an absence during the show. However, she’s been instilled a mantra of discipline since before.

“I had a ‘Million Reasons’ why I should have canceled my performance for @concertinthecornwi in WI on Friday but I was raised ‘if you’re gonna commit then you follow through no matter what,'” she wrote.

Myles then expressed her appreciation for the people who made her performance a success. As she stated, such performance has psyched her up for the ankle surgery.

“Big shoutout to my band, my TM, and my Dad for putting up with ‘Gimpy’ many plan changes to make this happen. I truly value your kindness, talent, and work ethic. Now I’m ready to knock out this surgery tomorrow morning and get on the mend here,” she wrote.

At the moment, Myles is still at the hospital, nursing from the operation. Since her admission, fans have been sending their love and wishing for her speedy recovery.
