‘The Voice’ Blind Auditions Get Even Better On Night 2
Reading Time: 2 minutes
We’re back for night two of The Voice Blind Auditions and it was filled with talent that did not disappoint. With another coach blocking John, this makes for his third block this week. It’s safe to say that John Legend has intimidated the veteran judges just a little bit. So, who made the cut on night two? Let’s take a look at tonight’s performances.
Domenic Haynes (Team Adam)
Starting off the show similar to last night, John was hit with a block almost immediately from Adam because he loved Domenic’s voice so much. Performing to River, Adam says that this is his favorite singer in all 16 seasons of The Voice. That’s a bold statement! With the choice of Blake or Adam, Domenic chooses Adam Levine.
Savannah Brister (Team John)
Singing the song
The Bundys (Team Kelly)
Almost immediately, Blake and Kelly turned around to find out that this blind audition was the very first trio on The Voice. Kelly seemed excited while Blake, Adam and John were more on the confused side of things. The judges complimented their harmony, and when it came down to choosing a coach, they went with the more enthusiastic choice, Kelly Clarkson.
Hannah Kay (Team Blake)
This classic country singer let us know that she has had a crush on Blake since she was a little girl, so her hopes of him turning around was high. Lucky for her, she not only had Blake as an option, but Kelly joined her fan club. She admitted that she grew up singing Since You’ve Been Gone, but ultimately, went with her childhood crush Blake.
Julian King (Team John)
Ending the show the way it started, but this time, for John’s benefit. Both coaches loved his rendition of All Time Low, so much so that John used his block on Adam. That’s another team member for John Legend.
