The Voice Australia coach Rita Ora recently took to social media to tease that she’ll be releasing new music sometime later this month, ahead of her third album. The singer hasn’t released an album since 2018, so this is exciting news for fans.
Rita Ora Teases New Song ‘You Only Love Me’
On Tuesday, Ora posted an Instagram video in which she and rumored husband Taika Waititi watch fireworks and share a kiss. The clip features a snippet of her upcoming new song, titled “You Only Love Me.”
“You only love, you only love / You only love me when I,” Ora sings on the track. She wrote in the caption of the video, “SURPRISE. I’M BACK!”
Ora also included a release date in her post, writing, “XX/01/23.” This implies that the song will be released sometime in January, but the singer hasn’t shared which date fans can expect to hear it. Ora also included the hashtag #RO3, suggesting that the song will appear on her third album.

Ora’s Last Album Was Released in 2018
It’s been almost five years since Rita Ora’s last album, titled Phoenix, was released in 2018. Prior to that, the singer put out her debut album Ora in 2012. Since then, the singer has released several singles, as well as an EP called Bang in 2021.
Ora has been a judge on several talent shows over the years, including The Voice UK, The X Factor, and The Masked Singer UK. Beginning in 2021, she became a coach on The Voice Australia. She’s coached on two seasons of the show so far, as well as the spin-off show Generations.
The singer’s fans shared their excitement about her upcoming new music on Instagram, with one user writing, “i’m so here for this!!! RO3 has arrived, thank you for blessing my 2023 already.” Another wrote, “Let the #RO3 era begin!”
