Dancing with the Stars Season 32 contestant Lele Pons recently announced that she’s pregnant with her first child. She shared the news with her friend and fellow DWTS contestant Harry Jowsey on his podcast, prompting Jowsey to get emotional.
Harry Jowsey Reacts to Lele Pons Being Pregnant
Pons publicly announced her pregnancy on social media this past weekend, sharing that she and her husband, rapper Guaynaa, are expecting their first child together. Later in the week, Jowsey released an episode of his podcast Boyfriend Material featuring Pons.
During their conversation, Pons asked Jowsey to open a glasses case, making him think he was about to look at a product she collaborated on. Instead, the case contained a positive pregnancy test. Jowsey looked shocked, prompting Pons to stand up and open her jacket, revealing her baby bump.
“I promised Harry that I was gonna come to his podcast when I was gonna get pregnant,” Pons said. “That’s why I waited so long, until actually I had a bump.”
Jowsey continued to look shocked, and he even appeared to tear up as he reacted to the exciting news. He gave Pons a hug and touched her belly, saying, “I feel like I’m in a dream. How did you walk in and I didn’t even notice?”
Pons explained that she’d had a rough time during her first trimester, but the second trimester had been going better. She also shared that she hadn’t found out the baby’s sex yet. However, she called her friend Hannah Stocking her “gender reveal keeper.”
Pons said the hardest part about being pregnant so far is “mood swings.” Speaking of mood swings, Jowsey continued to get emotional as Pons spoke about the experience, telling her, “I’m so happy for you. I’m really trying not to cry.”
Although Pons said she had told a number of people in her life that she was pregnant, she shared that Jowsey was the first person from Dancing with the Stars to get the news.
