‘The Masked Singer’s Nick Cannon, Ken Jeong Have a Michael Jackson Style Dance-Off
Reading Time: 2 minutes
During Wednesday night’s new episode of The Masked Singer, host Nick Cannon and judge Ken Jeong got into a bit of a dance-off before the performances started. It was one of those random, apparently unplanned moments that we love to see on talent shows.
Nick Cannon, Ken Jeong Have Dance-Off on ‘Masked Singer’
It all started when Cannon announced that Jeong was in the lead among the judges with one point. Jeong was so proud of himself that he started dancing in celebration. As Cannon told him to sit down, Jeong showed off a few moves inspired by Michael Jackson, even shouting, “Shamone!”
That prompted Cannon to show off his own moves in response. They proceeded to have a dance-off, with Cannon on stage and Jeong at the judges’ table. They even demonstrated their best moon walks, but Robin Thicke seemed to side with Cannon, telling Jeong, “Sit down, ‘Thriller’ Michael. ‘Billie Jean’ Michael took you out.”
The Masked Singer audience cheered as Jeong stepped onto the stage, where he and Cannon danced at the same time. Jeong posted a clip of their dance-off on Twitter, writing, “Um, I think I won.” You have to hand it to both of them — they gave it their all. We just wish there had been some music.

Who Do the Fans Think Won the Dance-Off?
Cannon also posted about the Masked Singer dance-off on his own Twitter account, writing, “Who won that dance battle… me or @kenjeong.” You might expect his fans to choose him as the winner, but a lot of them actually gave the honor to Jeong.
“Ken…. But props for the toe tips!” wrote one user. However, another follower told Cannon, “No contest it was you.” Jeong is also a judge on The Masked Dancer, so he has that going for him.
Let’s just go ahead and call this one a draw, okay? There’s already enough competition on the show.
