‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ Shares Dramatic First Minutes of This Week’s New Episode

RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 15 is returning this Friday for a new episode. The show has released the first several minutes of the show, and there’s some drama going down between Mistress Isabelle Brooks and Malaysia Babydoll Foxx. The clip also teases this week’s Maxi Challenge.
RuPaul’s Drag Race Teases New Season 15 Episode
The new episode picks up after Robin Fierce’s elimination last week. As the queens are sitting around talking, Mistress Isabelle Brooks and Malaysia Babydoll Foxx get into some drama. Mistress says she’s “a very understanding person” but doesn’t like being talked about when she’s not in the room.
In a talking head interview, Malaysia calls Mistress a “mean girl.” When things get heated, Mistress ends up telling Malaysia, “You have a blessed night.” Fellow contestant Spice describes the situation as “some real ish right here.”
“Right now it’s like World War Drag Race,” Malaysia says in another talking head moment. “The battle is on, and may the best drag queen win.”

The Queens Are Starring in The Daytona Wind
The new video also teases this week’s Maxi Challenge, as host RuPaul shows up to talk to the queens. They’ll be starring in The Dayona Wind, an ’80s soap opera parody. This time around, the show will be delivered “sitcom-style.”
Aura Mayari, who won last week’s Maxi Challenge, gets to assign the roles this week. As Auri says in a talking head, “This is gonna be fun. Should I sabotage somebody? Should I?”
Unfortunately, we don’t get to see who gets what role just yet. We’ll have to wait until the new episode premieres this Friday night at 8/7c on MTV to see how it all goes down.
This season started with 16 queens competing for the biggest prize in the show’s history, at $200,000. There are currently 11 queens left in the competititon vying for the title.
