Fans Are Gushing Over Video of Ariana Grande’s Boyfriend Ethan Slater

Fans are reacting positively to a video of Ariana Grande’s boyfriend Ethan Slater at the Australian premiere of their new movie Wicked on Sunday. Slater promised to deliver a friendship bracelet to Grande from a fan on the red carpet.

Grande and Slater were first linked last year, during the filming of the Wicked movie adaptation, in which Grande stars as Glinda and Slater stars as Boq. The rumored relationship caused some controversy, as both actors were married at the time.
They have since finalized their divorces from ex-spouses Dalton Gomez and Lilly Jay. It appears that the pair have gone Instagram official, as Grande shared a photo of Slater holding onto the back of her gown as she walked down stairs at the Sydney premiere.
A clip of Slater greeting fans at the premiere has also captured people’s attention. In the clip, he signs a fan’s book as she asks him to deliver a friendship bracelet to Grande. He accepts the bracelet, putting it in his pocket and telling the fan, “I’m sure she’ll love it.”
He then takes a selfie with the fan, who wrote on X (formerly Twitter) about the actor, “so so lovely, he truly deserves the world. I hope my bracelet finds its way to u ari.”

Have Fans Changed Their Minds About Slater?
A number of fans called Slater’s interaction with the fan who posted the video “sweet,” and it looks like some of them might have even changed their minds about the actor and his relationship with Grande.
“Omg Ari, I see it now…… and if I speak-” wrote one user on X. Two other users replied that they feel the “same” about Slater. Another fan commented, “So glad yall see it now omggg.” Someone else remarked that they “feel bad now,” presumably for disliking Slater before.
The first movie in the Wicked series is due to be released on November 22. It also stars Cynthia Erivo, Jeff Goldblum, Jonathan Bailey, and Michelle Yeoh. The second part is set to be released next year.
