The Masked Singer host Nick Cannon has announced the birth of his ninth child. This is his first child with Lanisha Cole, born just weeks after Cannon shared that he was expecting another child with Brittany Bell.
Nick Cannon Announces Birth of Ninth Child
Cannon took to Instagram to share a black and white photo of himself with Cole and their newborn daughter in the hospital. According to the caption, the baby’s name is Onyx Ice Cole Cannon.
“I vow to protect, provide, guide and love this child to the best of my abilities,” Cannon wrote. “In this moment of celebration and jubilee, I wish to mute any low vibrational frequencies and only rejoice with the Highest Class of Civilization who are truly aligned with our purpose here in this dimension.”
Cannon went on to ask his critics “to please project all criticism and cynicism towards ME and not the loving and precious Mothers of my children.” He called Cole “one of the most guileless, peaceful and nonconfrontational kind souls I’ve ever witnessed.”
Last month, Cannon announced that he’s expecting his third child with Brittany Bell. Meanwhile, Abby De La Rosa (who shares twins named Zion an Zillion with Cannon) is also currently expecting another child.

Abby De La Rosa Calls Cannon Her ‘Primary Partner’
De La Rosa recently opened up about her relationship with Cannon on the Lovers and Friends podcast, sharing that she considers them to be in an “open relationship,” and that Cannon is her “primary partner.”
“Me being open in my relationship does not change or take away from the type of mother that I am to my kids and the wholeness that I am to them and the strength that I share with them,” De La Rosa said, according to People.
She also shared that she’s chosen to be monogamous during her pregnancy, adding, “I think I see monogamy for myself down the line, and this won’t get me there. But I love where I’m at, at this very moment. It’s just not my forever.”
Cannon also recently welcomed his first child, Legendary, with Bre Tiesi. He has two children, Monroe and Moroccan, with his ex-wife Mariah Carey. Cannon and Brittany Bell share Golden and Powerful Queen. He also welcomed a baby named Zen with Alyssa Scott last year. Sadly, Zen passed away from a brain tumor.
Ar this point, you’re going to surprise us if you DON’T announce another child/baby momma for Nick.
