Little Mix Announces New Album on Their 10 Year Anniversary

Little Mix has had quite the year. First they made music history by becoming the first girl group in the U.K. to hold 100 weeks in the Top 10. Now, they’re celebrating their tenth year as a band. To celebrate, they announced that they will be releasing an album that features some of their most popular hits.
On August 19, they announced that they would be releasing a new album this upcoming November. The album is titled “Between Us” and is said to be a mix of old hits and new songs. The group shared an Instagram video sharing their news.
“Today is the tenth anniversary of Little Mix and we’re extremely excited to announce we have a new album coming, yay!” said Jade Thirlwall in the video. “Between Us, that will be released on November the 12th.”
This album is currently on pre-order but the group has already announced some of the songs on the tracklist. Let me be the first to say, I’m going to be jamming out to this album on its release date.
Little Mix Fans, You Don’t Want To Miss This
Some of their biggest hits will drop once again. They shared this in another Instagram post where they shared a teaser video. The post includes videos of them on The X Factor as well as performances, winning awards, and in music videos.
The video makes sure to include previous member, Jesy Nelson, in the history of the group. Unfortunately, I don’t think she’ll be making an appearance on this album. She left the group in December, and does not show up on any of the cover art for the special.
They’ve made sure to remind fans just who they are with this wild remix. I seriously suggest watching this video, I promise you know at least one song that is played in it.
Before seeing that trailer, I totally forgot that Little Mix sings a lot of hits that I knew. I completely forgot they sang “Wings!” But this isn’t the only track that’s dropping in this 10 year anniversary special. The tracklist also includes “Black Magic,” “Shout Out To My Ex,” “Break Up Song,” and more that I’m sure you’ve heard.
On Little Mix’s pre-order site they list the tracks that will be releasing in this special. They named their 18 throwback tracks, but include that there are five new songs as well.
This new release will definitely be added to the success list for Little Mix. I believe that the mix of the old and the new will make substantial numbers on the Billboard chart. It seems like the record for 200 days on the U.K. Billboard Top 10 list will be in their future with this hit filled album.
