Here’s What to Expect from Round 2 of ‘The Masked Singer’ Season 7
Reading Time: 2 minutes
The Masked Singer returns on Wednesday night with a whole new round of contestants. Five new characters will take the stage to perform, representing the Good, the Bad, and the Cuddly. One of these contestants will join Firefly in the finale.
‘The Masked Singer’ Round 2 Introduces New Contestants
Wednesday’s new episode of the show will feature Armadillo (Team Good), Hydra (Team Bad), Lemur (Team Cuddly), Ringmaster (Team Good), and Miss Teddy (Team Cuddly). They’ll be competing for a spot in the finale.
We don’t know much about each of the new characters yet, aside from their costumes. Armadillo, for example, is gold from head to toe. Hydra, meanwhile, is the show’s first-ever three-headed costume, making us wonder how many people are inside.
Then there’s Ringmaster, who has a cat-like face and a large skirt made to look like a circus tent. But the cutest costumes by far are definitely Miss Teddy (who has orange fur and a pink bow) and Lemur (who has a long tail and sparkly legs).

What to Expect from Wednesday’s New Episode
Previews of this week’s episode have given us a sneak peek at a few of the new performances. It looks like Armadillo will be surrounded by dancers holding signs that read “TOP SECRET,” while Miss Teddy will have a London phone booth behind them.
Meanwhile, Ringmaster will perform with some flashy sparklers, and Hydra will show off their glowing eyes. A previously released clue about Lemur shows a ring light, with the celebrity sharing that they’re “here to define my generation.”
Of course, with a new group comes the question of whether any of the contestants will turn out to be Rudy Giuliani. His unmasking reportedly prompted Ken Jeong and Robin Thicke to leave the set. At this rate, we wouldn’t be surprised if the show saves him for the very last group.
