Ben Blaque vs. Tyler Scheuer
The first match-up of the night featured someone shooting a crossbow against someone balancing things on his face. Ben Blaque shot a crossbow over his shoulder while looking through his cell phone camera. He then had Rosario Dawson help him shoot an apple off his head. Cody Rhodes said it was “very impressive.”
Meanwhile, Tyler balanced a machete on his nose, point-down. Then he balanced a wheelbarrow and a ladder on his chin. Jennifer Nettles said he “overdelivered,” and added that she could tell he loved what he did. The judges gave Tyler a score of 88, and Ben a score of 94, meaning Ben moved on.
Ginger Duke vs. Christopher Joyce
The next match-up was between a trick rider and a handstand artist. Ginger Duke and her horse Dollar performed amazing tricks, with Ginger turning around and lifting her leg up while the horse ran. Cody called it “something special.”
Meanwhile, Christopher walked up and down stairs while balancing in a handstand and holding weights. Then he had his mom come out to help him walk across the stage balancing on weights. Snoop Dogg said he had “tremendous strength.” The judges gave Christopher a score of 92, and Ginger a score of 91, meaning Christopher moved on.
Jackie Bibby vs. David Kalb
The final match-up of the night involved a snake handler and a basketball trick-shot artist. Jackie went inside a sleeping back full of rattlesnakes and escaped from it. When Cody pointed out that he could have died, Jackie said he was “never more alive.”
Meanwhile, David performed trick shots while driving past the basketball hoop in a car. Unfortunately, he missed on the first try. On the second try, with Cody riding shotgun, he got it in the basket. The judges gave Jackie a score of 91, and David a score of 60, meaning Jackie moved on.
The contestants who moved on in tonight’s episode will return for the semifinals. Go-Big Show will be back at the same time next week for even more intense performances.
