All The Details About ‘The Voice Holiday Celebration’ Airing This Thursday

Fans of The Voice are in for a treat as the show just announced they will be airing a holiday special on Thursday. The coaches are ready to spread some holiday cheer with fun performances to celebrate the holiday season. Get ready to set your DVR’s for The Voice Holiday Celebration.
‘The Voice Holiday Celebration’ Will Feature Some Exciting Performances
During tonight’s results show, all 17 contestants will find out their fate and see if they make it into the top nine. To relieve some nail-biting stress that we get from tonight’s episode, The Voice Holiday Celebration will air at 8 PM on Thursday. There has been a bit of a scheduling shake-up this week, but now that everything has been clarified, the holiday season in such a crazy year is going to get a whole lot brighter with this special. Who Will Be Performing?
In a promo that was aired during last night’s episode of The Voice, NBC teased what we can expect during The Voice Holiday Celebration. They included many clips of past holiday performances on The Voice. In the first performance that was teased, Gwen Stefani ascends down a flight of stairs dressed in a fun black dress with dancers surrounding her. This is footage from her performance OF “Feliz Navidad” from two years ago. The promo also featured footage from a performance from music superstar Michael Buble.
Kelly Clarkson belted out a Christmas tune and so did former coaches Adam Levine, Pharell Williams and Jennifer Hudson who were all featured in the promo as well. Gwen was then be joined by her fiance Blake Shelton for a duet of her song “You Make It Feel Like Christmas.”
Fans were wondering if Gwen would be on any Christmas specials this year and now we finally have answers. Gwen and the rest of the coaches will for sure be featured during The Voice Holiday Celebration.
It is not yet clear if the coaches filmed new performances for this holiday special or if it will be a montage of clips and videos from performances that they have done in the past. But regardless, it will be a fun episode full of surprises, adhering to social distancing guidelines of course.
