‘The Voice’ Battles End as Reba McEntire, Michael Bublé Steal Each Other’s Artists
Reading Time: 2 minutes
The Voice Season 26 returned on Monday night for the final round of Battles, as the coaches paired up even more of their artists to determine who should stay in the competition for the Knockouts. Coaches Michael Bublé and Reba McEntire used their final steals during the show to take each other’s artists.
The Voice Season 26 Battles Wrap Up
During Monday’s episode, McEntire paired up her artists Tate Renner and Tanner Frick to sing “Need a Favor” by Jelly Roll. Tanner was a four-chair turn in his Blind Audition, while Tate turned three chairs for his own performance.
McEntire told the singers that she was “so proud” of both of them, and had “no clue” who she should pick. Ultimately, she chose to keep Tate on her team. However, it wasn’t the end of the road for Tanner, as Bublé hit his button to steal the singer for his own team, sending him to the Knockouts.
Monday’s episode also featured a Battle between Team Bublé artists Cameron Wright and Cassidy Lee, who sang “Hero” by Mariah Carey. Cameron was a four-chair turn in their Blind Audition, while Cassidy only turned Bublé’s chair with her own first performance.
Bublé called himself a “winner” for being able to work with both artists. He ultimately chose to keep Cameron on his team. However, it wasn’t the end of the road for Cassidy, because McEntire chose to steal her for her own team and send her to the Knockouts.

What to Expect in the Season 26 Knockouts
Now that the coaches have narrowed down their teams from the Blind Auditions, it’s time to narrow them down even more in the three-way Knockouts. This time, they’ll choose three artists from their teams to deliver solo performances in order to determine who should move on to the Season 26 Playoffs.
This season, the coaches will each have one steal and one save during the Knockouts, meaning they can take another coach’s eliminated artist or keep one of their own. The round will also feature two Mega Mentors, who were announced earlier this week.
Sting and Jennifer Hudson will assist the coaches in preparing their artists for the Knockout performances, as they fight to stay in the competition. The Knockouts will kick off next Monday, November 11, on NBC.
