Katy’s tweet said “when I get my smile back… it’s over for you hoes.” Of course this tweet got everybody talking because we all wanted to know who she was directing this tweet to. Have no fear, she actually isn’t in a beef with anyone. Instead, Katy is teasing yet another track on her upcoming album. Fans have figured out that the track is called “Smile” which will be the next song she will debut. That explains her mention of the word “smile” in her tweet. The American Idol judge also posted a video on Instagram to celebrate Pride with a few other hidden clues that point towards the release of “Smile.” The tweet could actually be lyrics from the song.
In the Instagram video, the American Idol judge is standing next to a sign that says “Smile Zone” while she holds up a smiley face sign. This is definitely the biggest clue of all and her smile is contagious. Plus, a lot of the video features close-ups of her smile making this the obvious source of the tweet and a little easter egg to tease her fans.

Katy’s New Album Will Be Released Ahead Of Giving Birth
Katy’s album is set to release on August 14, which is ahead of her suspected due date. The American Idol judge is believed to be eight months pregnant with her first child with fiancee Orlando Bloom. She never clarified her exact due date with her fans but has dropped little clues. We watched her pregnancy journey each week on American Idol from hiding the bump under baggy outfits to having it on full display in her recent music videos and virtual performances. Being a mom is definitely something for Katy to smile about and we cannot wait to hear the rest of the tracks slated to be on her album ahead of having her baby.
Katy teasing “Smile” also led “Smile is coming” to trend on Twitter as the top five worldwide. Her fans are extremely excited to hear this new song especially after the success of her latest track “Daisies” which she actually performed on the American Idol finale.
Fans also suspect that rapper Diddy will have a feature on the song after she officially registered the single on BMI.
