Paris Hilton put out a few social media posts that have her fans questioning whether or not the mogul will be making a 2020 presidential bid. This comes after rapper Kanye West shockingly announced that he would be running for president. But is Paris really serious about joining the presidential race, and if so, is her slogan going to be “that’s hot?”

Will Paris Hilton Join Kanye West In Running For President?
Paris posted a video on Instagram where she is being interviewed while wearing a shirt that says “Paris for President.” When the interviewer asked who her running mate would be, she said: “Rihanna, she’s beautiful and talented I think she’ll make a great VP.” The criterion for Paris’s running mate was simple. “Definitely a woman who is honest that will tell you the truth when your outfit isn’t cute and she has to be hot,” Paris said of her choice of picking pop superstar Rihanna. And, if you know Paris, you know that she doesn’t go anywhere without a tiny chihuahua in her hand. Her White House pet policy would be “as many pets allowed as possible.” That’s not all, because she also promises to do something drastic to the White House, paint it pink! “I’m definitely going to paint it pink because white is just too boring,” she said.
The 39-year-old socialite then went on to post a picture of her standing in front of the White House which was photoshopped to be pastel pink. She is holding her tiny dog and wearing a pink satin button-down outfit with the words “Paris For President” sprawling down the screen. The caption had the hashtag #MakeAmericaHotAgain.

Paris Made Waves On Social Media With Her Presidential Posts
Along with her Instagram posts, Paris also tweeted “PARIS FOR PRESIDENT” with a few emojis. This had her fans absolutely buzzing that Paris implied she was running for president. One Twitter user suggested that she even have The Simple Life co-star Nicole Richie as her running mate.
Her Instagram comments flooded with support like “Let’s make America hot again” and “You got my vote baby.” Another Instagram comment said “Okay this is what 2020 NEEDS” while another fan asked, “Is this true?” More than likely, Paris is just one of the many celebrities that took to social media to troll Kanye and announce their presidential bids. Tiffany Haddish, Hilary Duff and Bob Saget also announced they would be running for president. Paris does have a music video out for the song “Paris For President” from 2008 where she outlined all of the things she would do as the “commander in a bikini.”
She also sings in the song that if she was president, her motorcade would be full of pink escalades.
Do you think Paris is actually running for president? Or is this just an act of social media trolling?
