The Bella Twins Prank the ‘AGT’ Judges with Onstage Fight
The Bella Twins gave the America’s Got Talent judges quite the shock during Tuesday night’s new episode of Season 17. Nikki and Brie wore disguises and pretended to audition, then broke out into a fight on stage, all to prank Simon Cowell.
The Bella Twins Fight in Staged AGT Audition
The Bellas are former WWE wrestlers, so they put their all into Tuesday night’s fake brawl. But first, they pretended to be a pair of TikTok dancers called Duo Rag Dolls. They introduced themselves as Monique and Stefani and claimed to have met at school.
The sisters wore heavy makeup and wigs to disguise themselves as they performed a lackluster dance routine set to Britney Spears’s “Toxic.” The audience hated it, booing them while they were still performing. By the end of the audition, all four judges ended up hitting their red buzzers.
Afterward, the sisters started arguing with each other about how the performance went. It eventually turned into an all-out physical fight, as they shoved each other and hit each other with various objects from their audition set-up. At one point, they even pushed a supposed crew member off the stage.
Nikki, Brie Wanted to Prank Simon Cowell
The fight ended when one sister banged the other’s head into Cowell’s red buzzer over and over again. That’s when the Bella Twins revealed their identities, asking, “Simon, was that extreme enough for you?”
Nikki Bella recently appeared on the spin-off show AGT: Extreme as a judge, alongside Cowell. She recently opened up about the experience on The Bellas Podcast, where the sisters came up with the idea to prank Cowell.
After learning the identities of the dancers, Cowell said he would turn his red buzzer into a “yes” vote. He added, “They really got me.”
This isn’t the first prank we’ve seen on AGT. Years ago, former host Nick Cannon disguised himself as a mine. More recently, Cowell made fellow judge Sofia Vergara think she shot him with an arrow. She got him back by having an ugly bust made of his likeness.
