RuPaul’s Strange Behavior in Video Catches Fan Attention
A lot has gone on in RuPaul’s world since the conclusion of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars. Most recently, fans think that RuPaul has hinted at a new RuPaul’s Drag Race spin-off, RuPaul’s Drag Race Mexico.
Recently, RuPaul shared a video that left fans with many questions. The drag icon was seen in his most authentic state. RuPaul was in a hoodie, wearing a hat and wasn’t seen in his signature glasses. Although some fans thought he meant to share the video on Cameo, an app where celebrities create personalized videos for money, others speculated that he was hinting toward the future of the series.
Within the candid video, RuPaul talks about going to New Zealand and is wearing a hat with the flag of Mexico on it. Many fans took this as a light confirmation at RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under will begin filming a second season very soon. On the flip side, fans hope his hat indicates that RuPaul’s Drag Race Mexico might be in the near future.
To the bare eye, these speculations might seem over the top, but anything is possible. I think if posting this video was a mistake RuPaul would’ve taken it down by now. Instead, it still is posted to his Instagram and TikTok accounts.
