“Magic” by David Archuleta, Lindsey Stirling will Evoke Your Sentimental Spirits

David Archuleta recently revealed that his collaboration with Lindsey Stirling was his first recorded song following his vocal chord surgery. The collaboration is purely “Magic,” since it is an emotionally enchanting track, reminiscent of one’s loving moments.
David Archuleta was Featured on Lindsey Stirling’s Christmas Album
Earlier this year, David Archuleta singer abruptly ended his OK All Right tour due to vocal issues. According to his doctor, Archuleta was in need of vocal rest due to a hemorrhaged vocal cord. A month later, Archuleta had to undergo surgery to repair his voice.
Finally, after months of careful voice rehabilitation, Archuleta has returned to music. Although the singer still needs to look out for his voice, Archuleta is grateful for his progress.
“‘Magic’ with Lindsey Stirling was the first song I recorded after my 3 month vocal recovery,” he wrote on Instagram. “Took me a bit to get there lol. But so glad it could happen!”
 “Magic” is one of the tracks in pop-violin sensation Lindsey Stirling’s newest Christmas album, Snow Waltz. Stirling personally chose Archuleta to collaborate with her, knowing that his voice would complement her immersive musical arrangement.

True to its title, the song elicits a magical yet emotional feeling, thus a heartfelt Christmas treat for fans. Stirling’s gifted storytelling skills through instrumental music was further cemented by Archuleta’s passionate singing.
This song specifically holds significance to the violinist, tackling her family’s warm memories amid her father’s death. Such bittersweet experience sonically transcends through the song, brilliantly summoning eerie moments from the past.
Stirling admitted that it is juggling act to work with artists. However, she describes her collaboration with Archuleta as “easy.” She knows that the pop singer’s sound will be perfect for the song, she found it wonderful that Archuleta was just a text away.

Upon hearing Archuleta’s new music, fans cannot help but praise the singer for his incredible voice. Meanwhile, some fans commented that the song radiates a “beyond Christmas vibe.”

With his voice getting better each day, fans anticipate more songs from the singer. This past month, the singer released “Faith in Me” which was his first song in 2022.
