Jennifer Aniston Talks Friendship with Adam Sandler

Aniston shared that she and Sandler have been friends since they were 20 and 22, respectively. The former Friends actress was recently in attendance at the Kennedy Center, as Sandler was awarded the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor.

She joked that it was weird to see Sandler in a suit, adding that he looked like he was “playing dress-up.” Aniston recalled a nice dinner they attended in Italy, sharing that Sandler showed up in basketball shorts and sneakers.

Host Jimmy Fallon asked if the two actors have ever given each other advice over the three decades they’ve known each other. Anison said Sandler has a tendency to question her dating choices, asking, “What are you doing?! What’s wrong with you?!”

Aniston has been married twice. She and Brad Pitt tied the knot in 2000 and were divorced in 2005. She was later married to actor Justin Theroux from 2015 to 2017.

The actress said she keeps herbs in her trailer and will make smoothies for Sandler. She described herself as a “mobile pharmacy,” adding that Sandler’s wife Jackie tells her, “Thanks. It lasted about a minute.”
