On Monday, Teigen posted a video compilation of her and her family while in Europe for her husband John Legend’s concert tour. In the post’s caption, Teigen celebrated having “not a drop of alcohol in 365 days.”
“I drank to end crazy anxiety that later mostly went away when I – get this – quit drinking!” Teigen continued, adding that she feels “really good” and gets “frustrated” that she can’t remember some moments from when she was drinking.
Teigen shared the time she fell asleep during a get-together at her house while an Outback Steakhouse chef taught her friends how to make a Bloomin’ Onion. She also explained that there are photos “where my eyes just look…gone.”
“While I honestly STILL don’t know if I’ll never have a drink again, I do know I never want to be that way again,” Teigen wrote to finish her post. “And for now, none is best. I’ll let the bad dreams come up and try to sort them out in therapy, without booze. Prayers for a blooming onion redo, @outback??”

Teigen Said Alcohol No Longer Serves Her
Last September, when celebrating 50 days of sobriety (her “longest streak yet”), Teigen reflected on her relationship with alcohol in the past, saying it “no longer serves me in ANY way.”
“I don’t get more fun, I don’t dance, I don’t get relaxed,” she said. “I get sick, fall asleep and wake up sick, having missed what was probably a fun night. I had my fun with it and appreciate anyone that can enjoy it responsibly!!!!”
In February of this year, Legend said he’s also been trying to limit his alcohol consumption. At the time he told People, “There are times when I don’t drink at all, like I don’t really drink when I’m on tour so there are times where I go long stretches without drinking. And then even when I’m off tour, I try to do it in moderation.”
At the time, Teigen had been sober for six months. Legend said he was “very proud of her.”
