Calum Scott Praises Kodi Lee’s ‘AGT: All-Stars’ Performance of His Song

On Monday night, America’s Got Talent Season 14 winner Kodi Lee performed Calum Scott’s “Biblical” on a new episode of All-Stars. The performance earned Lee a spot in the Finals. Scott himself took to Instagram stories to share his thoughts on the rendition.
Calum Scott Reacts to Kodi Lee’s AGT: All-Stars Performance
Lee played the piano during his stunning performance of Scott’s song on Monday night’s episode, earning him a standing ovation from the judges and the audience. The Superfans voted him through to the Finals.
On Tuesday, Scott took to Instagram stories to share a video of Lee’s performance, writing, “Bloody hell @kodileerocks you’ve done it again…” He also encouraged his followers to “watch the whole clip.”
This isn’t the first time Lee has performed one of Scott’s songs on AGT. In Season 14, he delivered an incredible performance of “You Are the Reason” during the Semifinals. He later teamed up with Leona Lewis to perform a duet of the song during the finale.

Scott Is Also a Got Talent Alum
Scott’s praise of Lee’s performance is particularly special because Scott himself is a Got Talent alum. He competed on Britain’s Got Talent in 2015, performing a cover of Robyn’s “Dancing on My Own” in his audition. Judge Simon Cowell hit his Golden Buzzer for the performance.
The singer ended up finishing the competition in sixth place. Since his time on the show, Scott has released two studio albums. He released a duet version of his single “You Are the Reason” with The X Factor winner Leona Lewis in 2018.
