Brothers Vsevolod, 19, and Yaroslav, 14, are originally from Kazakhstan but now live in California. Vsevolod shared that when they were growing up, they knew a lot of people who did acrobatics in Kazakhstan, and they hope to boost the popularity of their sport in America, even getting it into the Olympics.
The brothers proceeded to shock the judges with their incredible acrobatic routine, in which Vsevolod balanced his younger brother on his hands and his head. He even swung him around and threw him into the air, keeping the judges on the edge of their seat. The audience went wild for the performance.
All four judges gave the brothers a standing ovation, with Mel B saying she “absolutely loved it.” Howie Mandel said they’ve never seen this type of act with people as young as them. Simon Cowell called them “two little caterpillars who turned into butterflies.”
The Osso Brothers received four “yes” votes to move on in the competition. When Terry Crews asked how they felt afterward, Vsevolod joked that he was “glad we didn’t fall.”
