Alix Earle on 'Dancing With The Stars' 2025 Finale

Dancing with the Stars Season 34 runner-up Alix Earle is determined to keep up with her workout routine now that her time in the ballroom has come to an end. The social media star recently joked about not wanting to lose the abs she developed during the show.

Alix Earle Jokes About Post-DWTS Workouts

On Tuesday, Alix Earle posted a video of herself doing crunches, planks, and other exercises in what looks like a sauna. She wrote on the clip, “My 24:7 because I can’t lose the abs that DWTS gave me.” Earle added in the caption, “Dancing all day everyday for three months will do it.”

Earle and her professional partner Val Chmerkovskiy made it all the way to the Season 34 finale, where they performed a fierce freestyle routine to “Maneater” by Nelly Furtado and “Sports Car” by Tate McRae. They ended up finishing the competition in second place behind Mirrorball winners Robert Irwin and Witney Carson.

“Still trying to process this all being over. Beyond grateful for all the friends and memories I made along the way,” Earle wrote on Instagram after the finale. “Many more posts to come … but wanted to say thank you to each and every one of you who voted & enjoyed this journey alongside us.”

Earle Will Also Keep Up with Her Spray Tans

Working on her abs isn’t the only routine Earle plans to keep up with after her time on Dancing with the Stars. This week, she reposted an Instagram story from spray tan artist Isabel Alysa, to whom Earle sent flowers thanking her “for keeping me bronzed and glowy all season long.”

DWTS may be done but I don’t think my weekly spray tans are,” Earle wrote in response to the clip.
