Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton Shoot Down Split Rumors
Stefani posted the selfie on her Instagram stories on November 28. It shows the No Doubt singer smiling at the camera as Shelton plants a kiss on her cheek. Stefani didn’t add any words to the post, but it’s possible she was responding to recent rumors that her and Shelton’s marriage is on the rocks.
According to Page Six, the most recent round of split rumors was sparked by the couple’s choice not to attend the CMA Awards last month, despite Shelton being nominated for his collaboration with Post Malone.
The couple also has not posted each other on Instagram since their respective birthdays in June and October. Earlier this year, they released a duet called “Hangin’ On,” which is about a breakup. At the time, Shelton said, “It’s really no reflection of where Gwen and I are in our relationship — I hope.”
As for the latest split rumors, Shelton’s rep told Page Six, “This is a completely made-up story created solely for headlines and clicks.”

The Couple Tied the Knot in 2021
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton first met in 2014, when they were both coaches on The Voice. They announced their relationship in November 2015 and dated for almost five years before getting engaged in October 2020. The couple tied the knot in July 2021 at Shelton’s Oklahoma ranch.
This is the second marriage for both singers. Stefani was previously married to Bush lead singer Gavin Rossdale, with whom she shares three sons. Shelton was formerly married to fellow country singer Miranda Lambert.
Throughout their relationship, Shelton and Stefani have collaborated on a number of songs, including the tracks “Nobody But You” and “Happy Anywhere.” Last year, Shelton was featured on the song “Purple Irises,” from Stefani’s album Bouquet.
