Benicio Bryant has officially begun his journey towards an independent music career. The former America’s Got Talent standout has recently released his newest song “Move to Mars” — the newest cosmic bop to date.
Benicio Bryant Drops First Music Collab with Audrey Mika
On July 21, Bryant announced that “Move to Mars” is officially out to the public. This latest drop serves as the singer’s first collaboration with fellow rising star Audrey Mika.
On Instagram, the AGT alum expressed his excitement over the release of the music project. Furthermore, the “Here Goes Nothing” singer thanked Mika for their incredible artistic partnership.
“Move to Mars is finally out! and i’m so grateful to be working with everyone who is a part of this project! None of this would be possible with out you! Huge thank you to @audreymikaa for collaborating with me! u continue to inspire me everyday and i’m so honored to have wrote this with you. GO STREAM Move to Mars RIGHT NOW, my boos!!!!” he wrote.
Bryant gave fans a subtle teaser of the music collab back in May when he posted a photo of him and Mika sitting on a pink bed. The “Fall Apart” singer captioned the post “she’s another type of animal,” which turned out to be a line in the song.
“Move to Mars” comes after Bryant’s 2022 single “I CAN’T DANCE TO THIS.” As of writing though, his debut single “Ghosted” remains to be his most-listened track.
“Move to Mars” is a Stellar, Bouncy Track
As Bryant heads towards a new era, “Move to Mars” is fairly a strong single to release. The song as if implies that Bryant’s creative ideas go beyond the usual pop and R&B, willing to discover and explore more.
“Oh there she goes / She’s out of this planet / She knows she’s the baddest so she moved to mars / It’s the way she knows she’ll make your heart break heartache / And the way she moves she’ll make the ground shake oh,” the song goes.
“Move to Mars” is not one’s typical upbeat song. One one end, the single is a lively song that sounds like a love warning. In another, its lyrics signify a woman’s determination and enthusiasm to get what she wants.
Clearly, Bryant wasn’t wrong in choosing Mika as a collaborator. Their vocal chemistry is extremely apparent in the single, making “Move to Mars” a youthful yet relatable bop.
