‘America’s Got Talent’ Returns Tonight With More Variety Fun

The first show that I covered last year when I began working at Talent Recap was America’s Got Talent and I quickly became hooked on the show. Now that it is back and chugging along with more and more great acts every week, my life has meaning an purpose again…ok, maybe that’s overstating. But whatever, AGT is back tonight.
We know there is going to be everything from crazy contortions to singers and magicians. While there haven’t been too many acts that made me think they were definitely going to the finals, there are absolutely some clear frontrunners. The kid singers that won Golden Buzzers are a safe bet like Amanda Mena and Janis Joplin clone Courtney Hadwin. Then you have unique light acts UDI and Front Pictures. They may not win but we’re definitely going to see much more of them.
What there is not so far is a Grace VanderWaal or Darci Lynne, that one rising star you know is going to rocket to the top. There is still plenty more auditions so maybe we’ll see that soon.
