The Canada’s Got Talent competition is quickly dwindling down to the end of its competition. With the last set of semifinalists performing tonight, the competition is tighter than ever.
Canada’s Got Talent fans have seen some great performances on their national stage this season. Out of all of the acts, six truly stood out to the judges. Earlier in the competition, Stacey Kay, The Renegades, Jeanick Fournier, GRVMNT, and Theo and Mila, all earned golden buzzers because of their on stage talent.

Canada’s Got Talent Airs Their Live Finale on Tuesday, May 18
Based on the two semifinal episodes, eight contestants will continue on in the Canada’s Got Talent competition. Going into this round, judges were able to pick two contestants from each episode to send straight through. The judge’s choice contestants continuing into the CGT finale are GRVMNT, Courtney Gilmour, Savio Joseph, and Stacey Kay. The other four finalists are picked by the Canadian public.
The Canada’s Got Talent finale airs on Citytv on Tuesday, May 18. As part of the finale excitement, America’s Got Talent/ Britain’s Got Talent judge Simon Cowell will join the judging panel for the night.
Finale voting will follow suit to the semifinals with one difference. The voting window opens at the beginning of the episode and concludes ahead of the winner announcement.
