On Tuesday night, America's Got Talent Season 16 returned for another night of auditions. Tonight's episode was only an hour long, but it was still full of some pretty memorable performances. Perhaps most notably, the night ended with an unforgettable Golden Buzzer. For the first time this season, the honor didn't go to a singing act. It was great to see such a unique and jaw-dropping performance get the judges' recognition. 'America's Got Talent' Trio Slays a Disney Song There have been quite a few boy bands on America's Got Talent this season, but T.3 stood out from the rest. The members, two of whom are 30 and one of whom is 23, said they were inspired by what Simon Cowell did with One Direction. The trio shared that this was their first time performing on stage after singing together for a year. The judges seemed skeptical about what they were about to witness, but the group proceeded to blow them away with a performance of "Into the Unknown" from the Disney movie Frozen 2. Sofia Vergara called it "unexpected," adding that their "voices are perfect together" Cowell called it a "great, great, great audition." The group earned four "yes" votes, and we can't wait to see what they have up their sleeve for the next round of the competition. Incredible Taekwondo Team Earns Golden Buzzer from Terry Crews The episode ended with a performance from the World Taekwondo Demonstration Team, featuring members from South Korea and the United States. They had been invited to perform at Olympics, but couldn't do it due to COVID, so they ended up on AGT. The group went on to display some out-of-this-world talent that seemed to defy gravity. They flew through the air breaking boards with their feet and showed off synchronized moves. The audition was refreshing and attention-grabbing, and we can't even imagine what they'll do later in the competition to top it. https:\/\/youtu.be\/j_V6PTcCQCc The judges couldn't contain their excitement over the act, giving the group a standing ovation. Howie Mandel said he had "never seen anything like this in my life." But no one was more amazed than host Terry Crews, who stepped out from backstage to hit the Golden Buzzer. After two weeks of singing acts, it was a nice change of pace to see an act like this make it straight to the live shows \u2014 especially since they lost their chance to appear at the Olympics.
