John Legend is officially People‘s Sexiest Man Alive for 2019! Former Sexiest Man Alive Blake Shelton made the announcement on The Voice Tuesday night. John’s wife Chrissy Teigen was tweeting about the news all night.

John Legend’s Kids React To Sexiest Man Alive Title
Twitter queen Chrissy Teigen couldn’t stop bragging about her husband’s new Sexiest Man Alive title on Tuesday night. In fact, she even changed her Twitter bio to read “currently sleeping with people’s sexiest man alive.”
Chrissy also posted a video showing daughter Luna and son Miles’ reactions to the big news. As she wrote in the caption, they “do not care.” In the clip, Chrissy asks Miles if he’s happy about the news, but he seems preoccupied. Luna at least nods her head, but then says, “I wanna watch the movie, Mom!”
As for what John Legend himself thinks about being the Sexiest Man Alive, he told People, “I was excited, but I was a little scared at the same time because it’s a lot of pressure. Everyone’s going to be picking me apart to see if I’m sexy enough to hold this title. I’m [also] following Idris Elba, which is not fair and is not nice to me!”
John Legend’s Baby Doppelgänger
Speaking of John Legend and kids, there’s a baby going viral on Twitter who happens to bear a striking resemblance to the singer. The clip, which has received over 100,000 retweets, features a smiling baby bundled up in the snow.
“His first time being able to recognize snow,” wrote his mom in the caption. Obviously Twitter users thought it was adorable, but they also pointed out that the baby in question looks a lot like John.
Unfortunately, we don’t know what this snow baby thinks about John Legend being Sexiest Man Alive. We also don’t know what John thinks about this baby looking like him. But one thing is clear — this is the week of Legend.
