Priyanka Chopra In Trouble With UK Cops After Breaking Lockdown Rules

Coronavirus cases in the UK are on the rise which led the government to enforce strict lockdown rules. Actress Priyanka Chopra just visited a salon owned by Josh Wood along with her mother. While Priyanka planned to get her hair done, cops busted everyone in the salon for breaking the rules.
Priyanka Chopra Caught Breaking UK Lockdown Rules
Priyanka who frequents Josh Wood Colour Salon in Notting Hill to get her hair colored is currently living in London with her husband Nick Jonas. On Monday, the UK was forced into a lockdown after rising coronavirus cases which means restricting which business can be open during this time. Priyanka and Josh were in clear violation of these rules which he could have been fined £10,000.
“Personal care facilities such as hair, beauty, tanning and nail salons. Tattoo parlors, spas, massage parlors, body and skin piercing services must also close. These services should not be provided in other people’s homes” according to UK Government guidelines.
Priyanka, 38, entered the shop wearing a long white puffer jacket and a simple lilac lounge set. She wore a white face mask as she walked with her mother Madhu and dog Diana inside of the salon. Paparazzi caught two police officers pulling up in a car and getting out to look into the salon. When they saw there were people in there breaching the rules, they told them all to get out.

“Police were alerted at around 17:40hrs on Wednesday, 6 January to reports of a Covid breach taking place within a hairdressers on Lansdowne Mews, Notting Hill,” a spokesperson for the Met Police told MailOnline. “Officers attended and the owner of the salon was given a verbal reminder of the important need to comply with all regulations regarding Covid-19 and signposted to sources of advice. No fixed penalty notices were issued.”
Priyanka Is Filming A Movie In The UK
Priyanka is in the UK to film a movie called Text For You. Nick has a cameo in the movie and was seen filming it back in December. She previously got her hair done by Josh in November while shooting the movie. The plot of the movie is a love story surrounded by tragedy with Priyanka in the lead role. One of her famous co-stars is Celine Dion who is also writing music for the movie.
Priyanka posted a photo wearing a face shield on Instagram in December. “What shooting a movie looks like in 2020. Daily testing, face shields, and masks on hand” she captioned the post. “This was taken after hair and makeup where we wait right before we shoot, in a secure distanced zone…And masks on…in between all shots!! Staying safe is part of getting the job done. Protect yourself and everyone around you. Stay positive! test negative!”
She also posed with her hubby as they went for a walk with their dog. Nick is gearing up for his big comeback on Season 20 of The Voice in between making music with The Jonas Brothers.
