Who is The Llama?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GqadPlFrd48
Llama performs “It’s Not Unusual” by Tom Jones on The Masked Singer season 3

Clues: The Llama says “Llama-ste” and that he “wants to keep the laughs rolling in.” He’s seen playing accordion on a stage. For a while, he was “spinning his wheels.” But then, he started to envision his success and think on his feet. Tonight, he’s visualizing that he’ll crush it and be the “GOAT.”

Each contestant will also be asked what their superlative is on The Masked Singer. The Llama was voted “Most Likely to Be Near Firing Cannons.”

Performance: Kicking off the night, the Llama performed “It’s Not Unusual” by Tom Jones. This played to his strengths, being able to show off a little vocal ability while dancing and kneeling dramatically on stage. He’s got the stage presence for sure! And all the panelists complimented his vocals. This isn’t his first time in the spotlight.

Judges’ Guesses: Johnny Knoxville, Joel McHale, Zach Galifianakis, Matthew McConaughey, Woody Harrelson

Who is Miss Monster?

Miss Monster performs “Fancy” by Bobbie Gentry on The Masked Singer season 3

Clues: Miss Monster says she wants to focus on being an artist. She’s admiring the Monster, who says, “Draw me like one of your French monsters.” She draws a butterfly, with a clipboard holding a Queen chess piece and a unicorn pen. A furry notebook is then shown with chalk in it. She says, you gotta stand up for yourself in this “dance.”

Miss Monster was voted “Most Likely to Be in the Presence of Royalty.”

Performance: Miss Monster sang “Fancy” by Bobbie Gentry for her second performance of the season. Bringing her iconic voice again, this talent can’t be denied. She has to be a legendary singer! I mean, just listen to that range! I love how all the backup dancers surround her too while she basically stands in one place because her costume is so restrictive. Miss Monster counted on her raw vocals for this performance and it paid off!

Judges’ Guesses: Mary Wilson, Priscilla Presley, Celine Dion

Who is The White Tiger?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lfsOJ6NPofY
White Tiger performs “Good Vibrations” by Marky Mark feat. the Funky Bunch on The Masked Singer season 3

Clues: The White Tiger is seen in a library. One of the men in black is reading a book called “Wild World of Cats” while another one sleeps. White Tiger is putting the “mass in mask.” A skiing cow poster is shown. His motto is “work hard, play harder.” He’s no stranger to celebrating and love a good block partie. Dancing heals his body “after taking a beating.” Finally, he tears up a piñata of a horse.

He was voted “Most Likely to Go to the Mat for a Friend.”

Performance: Again, the White Tiger is going with a rap! He performed “Good Vibrations” by Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch. Let’s be honest, he’s not a great singer…or rapper. But he can dance! For such a big guy, he’s got some MOVES. His energy and personality were so entertaining.

Judges’ Guesses: Hulk Hogan, Charles Haley, Rob Gronkowski

Who is The Kangaroo?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BuZqApq55VM
Kangaroo performs “You Know I’m No Good” by Amy Winehouse on The Masked Singer season 3

Clues: The Kangaroo is seen on a “Kangaroo Kourt,” playing basketball and mentioning it feels like she’s been watching her life “from the sidelines.” She knows she just needs to “get back in the game,” which she says as makeup is shown on a bench. She plays basketball against men in red “23” jerseys, one of them with the name “Deejay” on it. Kangaroo says she’s “owning this underdog story” and “not pulling any punches.” When she kicks one of her opponents in the face, a blue bird flies out from his head. She wants to be a role model for her “little roo.”

The Kangaroo was voted “Most Likely to Appear on a List With Seal and Mike Tyson.”

Performance: Singing “You Know I’m No Good” by Amy Winehouse, Kangaroo honestly nailed this performance. It’s not easy to cover Amy Winehouse either! The panelists and audience were on their feet after hearing it. And she had a little dance break at the end too! This Kangaroo can do it all.

Judges’ Guesses: Candace Parker, Tatyana Ali, Gabrielle Union

Who is The Turtle?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K15VC8-irhE
Turtle performs “Say You Won’t Let Go” by James Arthur on The Masked Singer season 3

Clues: Turtle is seen in a lunch room, with a menu of “Seafood du Jour-Dover Sole, Slow-Cooked Beets, Ginger Snaps.” He talks about how people have always expected him to act a certain way. Then, he sees a sign reading, “MIDTERM TODAY!” He wants to rebel from how people perceive him. He pulls a fire alarm, starts playing a baseball bat as a guitar, and bubbles are blowing from a bubble machine. But then, the Turtle is “punished” and seen writing “Don’t Rave Ever At My School – Turtle” on a chalkboard.

Turtle says he was voted “Most Likely to Hunt for Booty” and says he has “often.”

Performance: To close out the episode, the Turtle sang “Say You Won’t Let Go” by James Arthur. This was the performance of the season so far, in my opinion. Turtle has a great voice and showed off some crazy falsetto here. Those runs were on point too! He’s definitely giving me boy band vibes…and I don’t hate it.

Judges’ Guesses: AJ McLean from the Backstreet Boys, Billie Joe Armstrong, Darius Rucker, Zac Efron

The Llama is Revealed on The Masked Singer!

At the end of the episode, the votes were cast and the Llama was eliminated from The Masked Singer. But before that, all the panelists had to put in their final predictions. Nicole guessed Woody Harrelson, Robin predicted Adam Carolla, Ken doubles down on Joel McHale, Jenny guessed Kelsey Grammer, and Jason thought it was Johnny Knoxville.

Then, the Llama was unmasked to be…

Comedian and game show host, Drew Carey!

Just as we predicted! But none of the panelists got it right. The Masked Singer will be back for the Group A Championship (without the Llama) next week! Tune in with us next Wednesday at 8/7c on FOX.
