The Masked Singer season 11 is one of a kind, with impressive talent and celebrities each week! Not unlike the Poodle Moth. There’s only one been found EVER! And she has shocked the judges and audience with her amazing vocals.
But who is the celebrity under the Poodle Moth mask? And could it really be a country legend? Let’s dive into the clues and predict who it is.
Clues on The Masked Singer Season 11
In her first clue package, we learned that the Poodle Moth has always been “drawn to the flame” but felt like “the bright lights were meant” for her. She held up a black cowboy hat. Then, she mentioned how she “took a step back, and helped others achieve their dreams.” We saw her reading a book with an American flag on the cover. She wanted to “spread [her] own wings,” then was discovered when she took a leap!
Poodle Moth’s clues ended with her letting a lantern with a butterfly on it into the air. And after her first performance, we learned that the Poodle Moth has performed at the Grand Ole Opry!

In her second set of clues, Poodle Moth talked about how sometimes the ones we love the most leave. She would send her dad letters, but they’d all get “returned to sender.” We see a frame with theater masks in it and a postcard with a cat on it. To close out her clues, we see her hold up a jar of fireflies. And finally, we learned she has a connection to the TV show Gilmore Girls.

The judges thought that this must be a country ICON after hearing her performance and seeing her clues. They’ve predicted that it could be Trisha Yearwood, Rita Wilson, Wynonna Judd, Melissa McCarthy, Lauren Graham, or Connie Britton. So definitely a little all over the place but I sense a theme!
Online, most fans agree that this is someone with country roots, like Trisha Yearwood, Terri Clark, or Faith HIll. Other popular guesses include Chrissy Metz from This Is Us, Sally Struthers from All in the Family, or Gloria Estefan.

And here’s how all the clues prove it. Chrissy was a junior agent and agent when she moved to California, which explains her “helping others achieve their dreams.” The black cowboy hat is pointing to her debut country album that Chrissy is currently working on. Then the book with an American flag is a nod to her role on American Horror Story!
We saw a few clues pointing to Chrissy’s famous costars as well. In the first clue package, it was the lanterns, which were reminiscent of the ones in Tangled, starring her This Is Us mother, Mandy Moore. Next, in her second appearance, we heard about her connection to Gilmore Girls. Milo Ventimiglia, her dad in This Is Us, was also on that show.
And of course, she has performed at the Grand Ole Opry and has an estranged relationship with her father.
