The Real Dirty Dancing returned Tuesday night on FOX for the second week of the competition, which challenges eight celebrities to recreate iconic scenes from the 1987 movie Dirty Dancing.
During Tuesday’s episode, the four women in the competition got to choose outfits inspired by the clothes worn by the film’s main character Baby. The try-on session turned into an emotional group hug, as Loni Love and Brie Bella teared up.
Female Contestants Gain Confidence on ‘The Real Dirty Dancing’
All four of the women felt a confidence boost when they tried on their new outfits during this week’s show. Brie Bella admitted that she was insecure about her stretch marks after giving birth to her son, but she opted for an outfit that showed off her “feminine energy and sexuality.”
Anjelah Johnson-Reyes, meanwhile, described herself as a tomboy and said she felt “exposed and vulnerable” in her choice of a flowy pink skirt. After last week’s male winner Tyler Cameron chose her as his new partner, she said she wanted to go for an even sexier look.
Cat Cora had the most revealing outfit of the four, wearing a white tank top and a pair of black underwear. “I feel like I’m coming out again,” she joked after revealing the look to her fellow contestants.

Comedian Loni Love stepped out in a pink skirt and matching cardigan. She said during last week’s show that she wanted to send a message to women of all sizes that “if I can do it, you can do it.” She touched on this message during the try-on.
“I’ve always been a big girl, but I always wanted to wear Baby’s clothes,” Love admitted. She said she wasn’t sure about doing the show at first, because she didn’t think she had “a dancer’s body.”
Love teared up as she shared, “Be comfortable with who you are. That’s why I love this movie. ‘Cause it’s for every woman … No matter who you are, no matter what you’re going through, take a challenge.”
The moment led to a group hug, and Bella got teary-eyed as she shared her appreciation for the other women’s support, adding that they “made me feel so comfortable and so good.” Cora called them “sisters.”
