Kris Jenner Faces New Allegations From Bodyguard Suing Her For Sexual Harassment
Reading Time: 3 minutes
Kris Jenner is being accused of sexual harassment by her former bodyguard Marc McWilliams. He worked for the Kardashian/Jenner family in 2017 and 2018 and previously claimed Jenner grabbed his butt, touched his groin and exposed herself to him. Now, there are a few new accusations being added to an already existing lawsuit.
Kris Jenner Has Been Accused Of Sexual Harassment
News of the lawsuit first surfaced in 2020 in what McWilliams claims was a “pattern of unwanted and unwelcome sexual advances.” Now, there are two new allegations against Jenner in a recent filing. This adds to the list of sexual misconduct and “racist” behavior that McWilliams says he experienced while working for the famous family. He also named Kourtney Kardashian in the lawsuit.
Back in September, Kris’s lawyer denied all of the claims. “Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian vehemently deny the completely false claims made by former security guard Marc McWilliams.” He continued on to say that McWilliams was no longer assigned any more work with the family after repeatedly being found asleep in his car on the job. “When Kris and Kourtney defeat this frivolous lawsuit, they intend to immediately sue McWilliams and his attorneys for malicious prosecution” he added back in September.

The lawyer also spoke out on the lawsuit after the new allegations came up. “This lawsuit filed back in September has yet to be served on Ms. Jenner and involves events alleged to have occurred more than two years ago,” Kris’s lawyer said in a statement. “The allegations are not only wrong and scandalous but seem designed to coerce Ms. Jenner into silence via a settlement. This will not happen.”
In the original lawsuit, McWilliams alleges that Jenner “massaged his neck, shoulders, arms and back without his consent.” He also says she “repeatedly had her hand to rest on his thigh and groin. Rubbed her pelvis against his back and rear end without his consent or approval.”
How Much Is McWilliams Seeking In This Lawsuit?
According to The Blast, McWilliams is seeking around $3 million in damages. “(The security guard) seeks to recover his damages, which arose from unwanted sexual and gender harassment. (He) repeatedly complained to supervisors and human resources, but no action was taken by employer. Defendants clearly retaliated against (him) for lodging complaints about said misconduct and terminated him on or about September 2019” the new filing states.
McWilliams’ lawyer stood before a judge in Los Angeles Superior Court on January 27 to say that a new amended complaint with more allegations will be filed. A new court date is reportedly being set for March 23.
