The Voice Season 28 is wrapping up this week with a two-part finale, airing Monday and Tuesday night on NBC. In addition to revealing this season’s winner, Tuesday’s show will also feature performances from some famous guests.
The Voice Announces Finale Guest Performers
Over the past few weeks, The Voice has been announcing celebrity guest performers for the Season 28 finale. The lineup includes Journey founder Neal Schon and band members, as well as Season 26 winner Sofronio Vasquez.
K-pop group XG will also be on hand to perform their song “Gala” during Tuesday’s live finale episode. Other celebrity performers announced ahead of the show include Zac Brown and Noah Cyrus, Riley Green, and Khalid.
Monday’s finale performances and Tuesday’s results will both run for two hours, beginning at 9 p.m. ET on NBC. Before Tuesday’s episode, there will also reportedly be an hour-long pre-show hosted by Ariana Madix and Dylan Efron. The pair will recap the previous night’s performances.
On Monday night’s episode of The Voice, the six finalists will perform for their last chance to earn votes from viewers at home and be named the Season 28 champion. Only four of the finalists have been confirmed so far — as chosen by their coaches.
The other two finalists were determined by votes from viewers at home, and will be revealed during Monday night’s performance episode. So far, the finale will feature Team Snoop’s Ralph Edwards, Team Bublé’s Jazz McKenzie, Team Reba’s Aubrey Nicole, and Team Niall’s Aiden Ross.
The six finalists will perform two songs each during Monday’s episode — an up-tempo track and a ballad. Voting will be open overnight for viewers to choose which artist they want to win the season. During Tuesday’s grand finale, the finalists will take the stage once again to perform with their coaches.
